Information for Vendors

• All vendors will be provided a 6′ long x 3′ wide table and chair(s) in the room adjoining the conference space.
• The vendors space can be locked nightly.
• There are limited electrical outlets in the space, and all vendors will need to supply their own extension cords.
• Shipping and returns will be handled out of the College of Agriculture and Bioresources building’s Shipping and Receiving area, see below.
• Advanced storage of shipped items can be securely stored prior to the conference. Please contact Kim Janzen prior to shipping.
• Vendors will meet with a conference volunteer at the shipping and receiving area, east side of the address below, at 7am Sunday June 7th to pack up and move all items to the conference centre, a short distance away, a van and carts will be provided.
• Set up in the conference space will start at 8am Sunday June 7th.
• Take down will be right after lunch on June 10th, exact time will be posted in the finalized schedule.
• Right after take down vendors will work with conference volunteer to haul all items to be shipped out back to Agriculture and place in secure storage until pick up is arranged.
• Return pick up can be arranged from Thursday June 11th to June 18th.
