Registration for ASITA 2026 is Open

Registration: $325.00 ($360.75 with GST/PST) until May 4th,2026
Late Registration: $450.00 starting ($471.75 with GST/PST) May 5th, 2026
Registration closes May 29th, 2026
Extra banquet tickets $70 + tax

Registration Includes:

Lunches for the duration of the event (Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed)
Ice breaker event, Sunday June 7th
Banquet (transportation included), Monday June 8th
Pub night, Tuesday June 9th
Participation in the post-ASITA workshops with Elementar

Registration Process:
Registration is processed through Eventbrite. Click the link below to complete registration.

Process to register:

Select “Register” above
Select “Get Tickets”
Choose “General Registration” + Optional add-on “Extra Banquet Ticket”
Fill in “Contact Information” and payment. There are a number of options: Credit or debit, PayPal etc.
You will then be prompted to answer a series of questions related to the conference (please answer all)

Talks & Posters (Submission Links Below)

All talks and posters must be submitted by May 15th, 2026. Abstracts for both talks and posters should be 300 words or less. Please remember to include: title, author(s), if a student submission, and affiliations.

Oral Presentations

For oral presentations, please upload both your abstract and your presentation using the designated fields. There are two separate upload boxes—one for each item. Oral presentations should be 20 minutes in length, followed by 5 minutes for questions.

Poster Presentations

Posters dimensions can not be larger than 42 inches x 42 inches. Posters will be presented on Tuesday June 9th, with setup taking place that morning.
